DONATION DISCLOSURE

A donation receipt will be issued for funds received in excess of the fair market value of the promotional product. The Internal Revenue Service does not allow a charitable deduction for the value of goods and services received. This fair market value will be provided on your receipt. If a promotional item is requested, it will be fulfilled within 1-3 weeks when in stock.

Dallas Theological Seminary is exempt from federal income tax as an organization described in Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. All contributions to the Organization are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law.

Our policy is to apply all gifts given toward a specific program to that program. Occasionally, we receive more contributions than can be wisely used toward a specific program or project, and in this event we use these funds to meet other urgent needs within the organization.
